Order Instructions

  • Please order either Purina ONE or Purina Pro Plan for the food your organization feeds
  • Maximum of 1,000 adopter hand-outs for the food fed
  • Please supplement the food fed with Purina brand and Petfinder materials
  • Maximum of 6 posters total
  • Maximum 2 window clings total
  • Expect delivery in 7 business days from your order to receipt
  • Send this completed form to feedingpartners@petfinder.com
  • Requests for larger quantities can also be sent to feedingpartners@petfinder.com
